Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Saregama India has informed that Priyanka Motwani, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Saregama India (the Company), has tendered her resignation vide letter dated 14th July, 2025, to pursue opportunities outside the organisation. The same has been accepted by the Company. The resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on 14th August, 2025 (last working day). The Company acknowledges her valuable services and wishes her continued success in all her future endeavours. The details as required under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, as amended, read with Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, are enclosed as Annexure-A.
