Pursuant to schedule III and regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vintron Informatics has informed that BSE have, vide their email dated 27th June, 2025 imposed a fine of Rs 1,53,400 including GST on the Company for Non-submission of the financial results within the period prescribed under regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, the payment of fine of Rs 1,53,400 has been made on 05th July 2025 as per directions given under email. The details pertaining to the actions are enclosed in ANNEXURE-I.
