Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities of KCD Industries India (the Company), KCD Industries India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel’s, Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting, wherein, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (“Results”) will be considered and approved by the Board of Directors. Accordingly, all Designated Persons as mentioned above are hereby advised not to trade/deal in the securities of the Company during the above-mentioned period of Trading Window closure. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results will be intimated separately in due course.
