Pursuant to provisions of sub-regulation(1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Gravity (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons covered under the Code, from Tuesday, July 01, 2025 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2025 to the stock exchange. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the aforesaid period will be intimated in due course.
