In compliance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Circulars dated 08th April, 2020, 13th April, 2020, 5th May, 2022, 25th September, 2023 and 19th September, 2024 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India Circulars dated 12th May, 2020, 15th January, 2021, 13th May, 2022, 05th January, 2023, 07th October, 2023 and 3rd October, 2024, the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 and Notice of 145th Annual General Meeting have been sent through e-mail to all the Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/RTA/Depositories/Depository Participant(s). The aforesaid Annual Report along with Notice has also been uploaded on the website of the Company.
