Simplex Realty has entered into Shareholders Agreement (SHA) on July 25, 2025, with Modern India and Simplex Modern Homes for the purpose of disinvesting/ sale of Equity Shares and proposed subscription/investment/acquisition of Preference Shares of Simplex Modern Homes. Pursuant to this transaction, Simplex Modern Homes, will cease to be a wholly owned subsidiary and will be the subsidiary of Simplex Realty (the Company).

Simplex Realty is engaged in the business of construction and property development.
