HLE Glascoat’s Wholly Owned Subsidiary -- Thaletec GmbH has acquired 100% of the equity share capital of HLE Surface Technologies GmbH (formerly known as Blitz F25-14 GmbH) (Target Entity) on July 28, 2025. Consequent to this acquisition, it has become a Wholly Owned Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company. The Target Entity shall be engaged in the business of engineering equipment in line with the company's objects and activities.
