Asian Hotels (North) has received board’s approval for the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary. The company has proposed two names of wholly owned subsidiary, which will be AHNL Realty Private Limited or AHNL Real Estate Private Limited or any other name as approved by the regulatory authority. The new company proposes to carry out the business of real estate activities.
The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on July 28, 2025 had approved the same.
Asian Hotels (North) presently owns and operates a Five Star Deluxe Hotels namely, Hyatt Regency Delhi. The Hotels offers a host of leisure facilities on the premises including a spa, a unisex salon, fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool. Hyatt Regency Delhi is situated in the commercial hub of New Delhi.
