Jay Bharat Maruti has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Further, as already informed on June 26, 2025 vide letter no. JBML/SE/Q1/2025-26 dated June 25, 2025, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, the said window will accordingly remain closed till August 4, 2025, for all designated persons i.e. Promoters, members of Promoter Group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Identified Employees/ Persons of the Company including the relatives of the designated persons of the Company and all connected persons including but not limited to the persons specified in the code of conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders.
