Brigade Hotel Ventures has debuted at Rs 82.00 on the BSE, down by 8 points or 8.89% from its issue price of Rs 90.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 83.97, down by 6.03 points or 6.70% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 86.53 and Rs. 81.49 respectively. So far 11.76 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between July 24, 2025 and July 28, 2025 was subscribed 4.5 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 90.00 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 85-90 apiece.
Brigade Hotel Ventures is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises (BEL), which is one of the leading Indian real estate developers in India. The company has a portfolio of nine operating hotels across Bengaluru (Karnataka), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Kochi (Kerala), Mysuru (Karnataka) and the GIFT City (Gujarat) with 1,604 keys. The hotels are operated by global marquee hospitality companies such as Marriott, Accor and InterContinental Hotels Group.
