Synergy Green Industries has informed that as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, August 08, 2025 at Kolhapur, to approve and take on Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025 pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed from July 01, 2025 for all Directors, Promoters, Designated persons and specified connected persons till 48 hours after declaration of financial results.
