Muzali Arts has informed that Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 14th August 2025. 1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025; 2. To take on record the Auditors Limited Review Report on Un-audited Financial Results of the Company the quarter ended 30th June, 2025; 3. Any other business matters with the permission of the chairperson. Further, pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 1st July, 2025 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid financial results, both days inclusive. The closure of the trading window is applicable to all designated persons, connected persons, directors, officers, and their immediate relatives, as defined under the Company’s Code of Conduct.
