Brigade Hotel Ventures has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to take on lease the Guest Rooms at the World Trade Center (WTC) Chennai admeasuring 67,977 square feet of Super Built-up area. The Guest Rooms are part of WTC Chennai, which is located in Perungudi, OMR Chennai. The MOA has been entered with M/s Perungudi Real Estates, a fellow subsidiary and developer of World Trade Center, Chennai for a period of 16 years from the date of execution of Lease deed.
The company and its subsidiary are carrying on the hospitality business including running and managing hotels.
