Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with Para A 7(C) of Part A of Schedule Ill to the Listing Regulations, Automobile Corporation of Goa has informed that Shrikant Pai, Compliance Officer of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the position of Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on August 4, 2025, due to personal reasons. The resignation has been accepted and he will be relieved from all his duties & responsibilities effective from the close of business hours on August 4, 2025.
