Exide Industries reports 24% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

Exide Industries has reported result for first quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26).

The company has reported 14.62% rise in its net profit at Rs 320.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 279.57 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 4.65% at Rs 4527.97 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 4326.91 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 24.05% rise in its net profit at Rs 272.99 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 220.06 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 6.08% at Rs 4722.69 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 4452.04 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
