Tirupati Industries has received an approval to acquire shares of its associate company to make it a subsidiary company. The board of directors at its meeting held on September 19, 2013 has approved for the same.
The board also approved to do all such acts & deeds as may be required to acquire the majority stake in the associate company and to take further steps as required by the company in accordance with the applicable provisions of the law.
The main object and activity of the company is to manufacture solvent extracted oils and toilet soaps. The extracted oils include soyabean oil, rice bran oil, sunflower oil, Kardi, groundnut oil, neem oil, coconut oil and other mineral oils such as mango, kokum sal, etc.
