To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company, along with Limited Review Report, for the First quarter and three months ended 30th June, 2025 and 2. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, in continuation of its letter regarding closure of Trading Window, the company re-iterated that in accordance with the Company's ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for First quarter and three months ended 30th June, 2025.
