In compliance with provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, Landmarc Leisure Corporation has informed that Jaljeet Ajani (DIN: 07977686) has tendered his resignation from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director effective from August 07, 2025. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023 is annexed as Exhibit A. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Jaljeet Ajani that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those which are provided in the resignation letter. Copy of resignation letter is annexed as Exhibit B.
