IVRCL gains on bagging multiple orders worth Rs 841.73 crore

IVRCL is currently trading at Rs. 12.32, up by 0.07 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 12.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 12.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 12.35 and Rs. 12.08 respectively. So far 55,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 52.35 on 04-Oct-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 9.80 on 28-Aug-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 13.65 and Rs. 12.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 378.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 13.70% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.83% and 65.47% respectively.

IVRCL has bagged multiple orders worth Rs 841.73 crore under its Water Division and Irrigation Division worth Rs 393.89 crore and Rs 447.84 crore respectively. Under Water Division, the company has bagged work for Cluster Scheme of 205 Villages of Asind Tehsil along with augmentation of UWSS of Asind Town from Haripura Chouraha Head works under Chambal -Bhilwara Water Supply Project Phase - II with operation and maintenance for 10 years on single point responsibility turnkey basis awarded by Office of the Additional Chief Engineer (Project), PHEP, Project Region, Ajmer. The value of work is Rs 249.00 crore and the completion period is 36 months.

It has also bagged order worth Rs 143.50 crore for works related to supply of water from Ujla, Madwa, Bhaniyana, Bhikodai, Swamiji KD & Falsoond Head Works of Pokaran - Falsond - Balotra - Siwana lift project to cluster distribution system of 106 villages and infrastructure development of Pokaran Town on single responsibility basis Turnkey job (Lump sum Contract) including Operation & Maintenance for 10 years after one year of defect liability period. The order was awarded by Office of the Chief Engineer Project, PHED Jodhpur and the completion period is 24 months.

Besides, it has also bagged Manning Operations and Maintenance (MoM) of the existing Flow Meters, level indicators and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) for all the Reservoirs and Bulk Supply pipe lines in the entire system of HMWSSB for a period of two years, under O&M Division, Bojagutta, awarded by Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB).

Under Water Division, the company received award for Survey, Investigation, Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Metallic volute pumps coupled to HT motor at proposed Koppal Second Lift Head work viz., intake channel from DC-1 to Jack well-2, Pump House, Manifold, along with electrical panel, FCMA soft starter, Capacitor main, Valves and construction of delivery chamber, supply of spare parts and tools including requisite man power for O&M of the system covered under scope work for five years from the date of completion for Koppal, LIS scheme on turnkey basis awarded by Krishna Bhagya Jala Nigam, a Government of Karnataka undertaking. The value of work is Rs 386.45 crore and the completion period is 36 months.

Further, the company bagged another order worth Rs 61.39 crore for construction of External & Internal Road Network, Drain and Culverts, Internal Water Distribution, Electrical Distribution with Transmission Substation, Landscaping and Site Office at Industrial Area at Bagroda and Industrial Area with Special Education Zone at Acharpura District Bhopal, awarded by MP Audyogik Kendra Vitas Nigam (Bhopal), a Government of M.P. undertaking and a subsidiary of MPSIDC. The completion period is 18 months.
