Subsequently, the Shanghai Claronex Technology Co has become a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The Certificate of Incorporation for the same has been received on August 08, 2025.
Shanghai Claronex Technology Co will be engaged in the business of providing technical services, engineering management services, consultancy services, trading and any such allied activities. Further, it has been incorporated to explore future business opportunities and potentially expand its operations.
