Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), United Drilling Tools has informed that based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Balraj Sharma and Associates, Practicing Company Secretary (Unique Identification No. - P2025DE097700), represented by CS Varun Sharma (Membership No. ACS – 21011 & COP No. 26768) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company, subject to approval of Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) for a first term of Two consecutive years, from the conclusion of this forty-third AGM till the conclusion of Forty Fifth AGM of the Company. The requisite disclosure as required as per the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III -Para A (7C) of Part A of the Listing Regulations (as applicable) and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed.
