Omaxe’s promoters and members of the promoter group - Constellation Capital, Kautilya Monetary Services and S. A. Finvest has proposed an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) up to 75,00,000, 12,50,000 and 65,00,000 equity shares of the company of face value of Rs 10 each respectively aggregating to 1,52,50,000 equity shares representing 8.79% of the total paid up equity share capital of the company as on date.

The sale shall be undertaken exclusively through seller’s brokers on the separate window provided by the BSE for this purpose.

Besides, the offer shall take place on a separate window of stock exchange and shall commence on September 27, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the same date at 3:30 p.m.
