Thermax has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Everenviro Resource Management on August 13, 2025 for the acquisition of 23.03% equity stake in Thermax Bioenergy Solutions (TBSPL), a subsidiary of the Company. Upon completion of the said transaction, TBSPL shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The said acquisition is expected to be completed in 30 days.
