Remedium Lifecare has informed that in terms of ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Insiders shall remain closed from, 1st October, 2025, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the half year ending on 30th September, 2025. The trading window shall open after the 48 hours of declaration of said results. The date of Board meeting to consider Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the for the half year ending on 30th September, 2025 shall be intimated separately in due course.
