Ishan Dyes and Chemicals has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday, 01st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ending 30th September, 2025. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the Company’s Equity Shares. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ending 30th September, 2025 will be intimated later.
