Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Anik Industries has informed that it enclosed the proceedings of the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Monday, 22nd September, 2025 at 11.30 am (IST) through video conference (VC) / other audio visual means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Registered office of the Company was deemed as the venue for the Meeting and the proceedings of the Annual General Meeting have been deemed to be made thereat, to transact the business as stated in the Notice dated 26th August, 2025 convening the AGM, without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue. The Company transacted the businesses as mentioned in the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM).
