In accordance with the code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated persons for trading in company's shares/securities, 52 Weeks Entertainment has informed that the trading window shall remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2025 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on 30th September, 2025. The trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key managerial Personnel and Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's Shares/ Securities. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30t September, 2025 will be intimated in due course of time.
