The aforesaid orders have been received in the normal course of business. In accordance with the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI MASTER CIRCULAR no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11.11.2024, the details of the said orders are enclosed.
