Shelter Infra Projects has informed that in terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule lll of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sushmita Neoty (Membership No. ACS: 72104), has resigned from the position of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company from the closing of business hours on 25th September, 2025 and the same has been taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at the Board Meeting as recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee meeting held on today. The meeting of the Board of Directors was held on today i.e. Tuesday, 16th day of September, 2025. The Board Meeting commenced at 12.30 PM and concluded at 03.00 PM. The Details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule lll of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India Circulars issued in this regard has been enclosed as Annexure A.
