Hind Commerce has informed that as per the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from October 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the stock exchange. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025 will be informed in due course.
