Alka India has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in securities, the Company has decided that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company as covered under Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities is being closed from Wednesday, 01st October, 2025 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter ending on 30th September, 2025. Accordingly, all designated persons of the Company (including their immediate Relatives), and Insiders covered under the aforesaid Regulations and Code are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window. Further, the date of announcement of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results will be intimated in due course of time.
