The date of Board Meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half year ending on September 30, 2025 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
