Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Prospect Consumer Products has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year ended on 30th September, 2025 to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
