Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sealmatic India has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, October 03, 2025, at the Registered Office of the Company, to consider, a. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the company; b. Proposal of issue of Bonus Shares to the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company; c. Any other item with permission of Chairman. In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed from Monday, September 29, 2025, and will open after 48 hours of the declaration of the outcome of the aforesaid Board Meeting. Additionally, in accordance with the intimation of closure of the trading window dated September 27, 2025, the trading window shall also remain closed until the approval of the Half-Yearly Financial Results for the period ending September 30, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the approval of the said financial results.
