SM Auto Stamping has informed that pursuant to terms of Company’s Code for prevention of Insider Trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window (i.e. the period to deal in the Company's securities) would remain close from, 1 October, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the half yearly financial Results for the half year ending on 30 September, 2025. The date of Board meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the Financial Results of the above-mentioned period will be communicated in due course of time.
