OK Play India has informed that the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company was convened and held today, 30 September 2025 through Video Conferencing. Rajan Handa, Managing Director chaired the meeting and conducted the proceedings. The Facility of e-voting was provided to all those shareholders who attended the AGM and who did not participate in remote e-voting. The meeting commenced at 1:00 pm and concluded at 1:22 pm. The company has that it enclosed a copy of proceedings of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025.
