Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Veerkrupa Jewellers has informed that the Members of the Company, at its 06th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, has approved the appointment of Shah Karia & Associates, Chartered Accountants, [FRN: 131546W], as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2025–26 to FY 2029–30. This appointment has been recommended by the Board of Directors and is in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
