Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Veerkrupa Jewellers has informed that the Member of the Company, at its Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, has approved the appointment of Neelam Somani & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2025–26 to FY 2029– 30. This appointment has been recommended by the Board of Director and is in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules framed thereunder.
