CHD Developers has acquired 10,000 equity shares of Delight Spirits for a total consideration of Rs 1 lakh. Consequently, Delight Spirits has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Earlier in June, the company acquired entire shareholding of IIPL i.e. 915,450 shares and it become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

CHD Developers has established state of the art high quality residential, commercial complexes and townships.
