To consider and approve an Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the half year and quarter ended on 30th September, 2025 2. Any other matter with the approval of the Board As intimated earlier, the trading window is already closed for all insiders including Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st October, 2025 and the same shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the time the results become generally available.
