Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, Vivanta Industries has informed that the members of the Company at their 12th Annual General Meeting held on 30th September, 2025 have approved the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by inserting a new sub-clause, as set out in the Notice of the meeting. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with the above SEBI circular are annexed herewith as Annexure - 1. A copy of the amended Memorandum of Association will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies in due course.
