Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Bangalore Fort Farms has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives, Directors & Promoters from 1st October 2025. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th September 2025 to the Stock Exchanges. The Company inadvertently missed to timely intimate the closure of the Trading Window for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025, due to intervening holidays. The same has now been duly uploaded. The delay was unintentional, and the Company has since strengthened its internal compliance mechanism to avoid any recurrence in future.
