The land was earlier 'Agricultural' and has now received the 'Non-Agricultural' clearance under section 90A of Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956.
The land is situated in Village Rampura, Bhiwadi, District Alwar, Rajasthan and will be utilized to develop Comfort Homes with a total saleable area of approximately 5 lakhs sq. ft. The LLP expects to receive the remaining approvals shortly and launch the project shortly.
