B-Right Realestate’s step down subsidiary -- Parth Construction has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for sale of FSI / PTC with M/s Birch Real Estate (Embassy Group Company). This transaction is subject to due diligence and other conditions mentioned in MoU along with exclusivity period of two months. As per the MoU, the transaction contemplates FSI / PTC sales of 7134.85 Sq meters. for total consideration aggregating to Rs 117.72 crore.
