SML Isuzu has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) and further to intimations dated 1st August, 2025, 19th August, 2025 and 26th September, 2025, the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), has approved the change of name of the Company from ‘SML Isuzu Limited’ to ‘SML Mahindra Limited’, with effect from today i.e. 8th October, 2025. The name of the Company, thus, stands amended to SML Mahindra Limited with effect from today i.e. 8th October, 2025, and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stands altered to the extent of change of name of the Company. A copy of fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by MCA is attached.
