In reference to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depository Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the Quarter ended as on 30th September, 2025 and based on the confirmation certificate received from Registrar & transfer agent - MUFG Intime India (Formerly known as Link Intime India), dated 04th October, 2025, Disha Resources has confirmed that the securities received from the Depository Participants for dematerialization up to 30th September, 2025 were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories and that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed. Further it has confirmed that the security certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated & cancelled after due verification by the depository Participant and the name of the depositories have been substituted in register of members as registered owner within 15 days of receipt of certificate of securities.
