Elecon Engineering Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 10, 2025, approved: the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with Limited Review Reports of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025; declaration of an Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 of Re 0.50/- (i.e. 50%) per Equity Share of Re 1 each; the record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend shall be Thursday, October 16, 2025 pursuant to the Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the interim dividend will be paid/dispatched to all the shareholders of the Company on or after November 03, 2025.
