NDR Auto Components has incorporated a joint venture company (JV company) in the name of ‘NDR Hayashi Automotive India’ on October 10, 2025. Earlier, the board of directors of the company in their meeting held on May 09, 2025, had given approval for entering into a joint venture agreement with Hayashi Telempu (Hayashi) by formation of a JV Company in India for manufacturing of auto components including Ambient Light, Carpet, Dash Inner, Rear Shade, Tonner Cover etc.
NDR Auto Components is primarily engaged in the manufacturing, fabricating and assembling of every kind of automotive components including seats, spare parts and components for the seats and to deal in each and every kind of activity associated with the manufacture and trading of any kind of components, whether directly or indirectly or whether in India or abroad.
