Taj GVK Hotels & Resorts has signed the Hotel Management Agreement with Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) for the upcoming 5 Star luxury hotel at Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The tenure of the agreement is for a period of 20 years from the date of opening of the hotel.
Taj GVK Hotels is a joint venture of the Tata Group’s Indian Hotels Company Ltd and Hyderabad-based G V K group. It is a diversified business entity with a predominant focus on Infrastructure and Urban Infrastructure projects. It also has a significant presence in the Hospitality, Services and Manufacturing sector.
