Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) and other applicable provisions, if any of the Listing Regulations and in continuation to its earlier intimation dated September 15, 2025, Aksharchem (India) has informed that the Company has resumed the production as per the schedule effective from October 13, 2025, after a planned shutdown of Green plant located at Village: Indrad, Chhatral-Kadi Road, Mahesana-382715 which carried out repair and maintenance. The said shutdown does not have any material impact on the Company’s financials.
